What is Inner Circle?


After coaching over 500 + doctors, I realised that they are struggling with some of these issues even after doing my courses

  • They don’t know where they stand in their marketing, because nothing is measured & tracked.

  • They are not clear on their unique market positioning and their USP.

  • Although they know and learn the strategies during my courses, they lose momentum afterwards and are not able to implement and execute as there is no hand holding and accountability after the course.

  • They are not able to come up with creative ideas to drive their campaigns according to their unique target audience.

What Does It Include ?

The Inner Circle Consists of two monthly 60 minutes zoom sessions, where I work with you and your team (either your in-house team of you, an associate or a staff member or your marketing agency if you have one) on a ONE-on-ONE basis .

Zoom Session 1

Things we brainstorm on:- 

  1. Your USP

  2. Your Unique Positioning

  3. Your Target Audience

  4. Website Audit

  5. Your Brand Story

  6. Your Marketing Message .

  7. Social Media Handles Audit

  8. Content Audit .

  9. Feedback on all current marketing ( what’s working and not working)

  10. Guide you on content creation and content collection.

  11. Feedback on Branding / Rebranding ( Logo/ Printables etc)

  12. Create a customised Marketing Plan & Strategy.

  13. Plan Monthly Actionables and Campaigns  (Eg Membership Cards / Coffee Table Book / Referral System etc)

  14. Decide the Top Goals of that month and decide the implementation steps.


Zoom Session 2

Things we brainstorm on:- 

  1. Review & Feedback all the actions taken by you and your team after session.

  2. Make sure you and your team stay on track and keep you accountable and help you execute and get the result.

  3. Tweak / Modify what’s working and what’s not and then double down on what actually works best in your practice.

  4. Help you come up with creative strategies and help you brand out from the crowd.


P.S - This is different from my premium done for you service, where I actually manage your entire social media and personal Brand for you on a monthly basis.

INNER CIRCLE is more of consulting, creative planning, strategy, handholding & accountability.

Terms And Conditions Of The Inner Circle Membership

Things to note about the Inner Circle Membership 

Every month we will have 2 zoom sessions that you need to book in the last week of the previous month.

You will get a calendly link for the same.

Please note: 

  • If for some reason you can’t make it, you need to inform me atleast 48 hours prior so that I may give that slot to someone else & reschedule your call.

  • You will get a reminder one day before and also in the morning of the session.

  • Also if for some reason, you are unable to finish your sessions within that month, there is no carry forward for the sessions to the next month.
